This policy describes the Nivoux personal Gmail newsletter-briefing integration.
Information accessed and purpose
With the account holder’s authorization, the integration reads message metadata, including sender, subject and receipt time, and bodies of selected messages. Basic account information identifies the authorized mailbox. The information is used to select relevant newsletters, remove duplicates, prepare private briefings, and diagnose missing source coverage.
Processing and disclosure
Collection records, selected message contents and briefing artifacts are stored on the owner-controlled system. Selected content may be sent to the configured AI model provider for summarization, and resulting briefings may be delivered through the owner’s configured private messaging or report services. This is not an exclusively offline processing system. The integration is intended for the owner’s accounts and authorized personal use, not advertising or sale of mailbox data. Raw email content is not published on this informational website.
Permissions
The Gmail briefing connection is read-only. It does not send mail or change mailbox state. Google authorization can be revoked in the account’s third-party connections settings. Revocation stops future access but does not automatically erase copies already collected.
Retention and removal
Collected records and generated briefings remain on the owner-controlled system until removed by the owner. There is currently no fixed automatic retention period for the historical catch-up archive. Backups and configured third-party processing services can have separate retention settings. Contact the application owner to request removal of locally retained information.
This website
These static information pages contain no analytics scripts or mailbox data. The website hosting provider may process ordinary HTTP request metadata needed to deliver and secure the pages.
